Cholesterol is a fatty substance that occurs naturally in the human body. Cholesterol forms the inner wall of the body cell and every tissue required for the formation of hormones that are important.



If the levels of cholesterol in the body increases, it will accumulate in the walls of arteries/veins. This condition is called atherosclerosis. The buildup of cholesterol in the walls of blood vessels can cause the obstacle arterial blood flow that can lead to heart attack and brain haemorrhage

The cause:

  • The type of foods rich in saturated fats, animal fats, butter, eggs, and seafood, eggs oil which can increase cholesterol levels in the blood.
  • Less vegetables and fruits.

Prevention:

  • Low-fat diet and a balanced diet.
  • Less fatty foods. Animal fat is replaced with vegetable oil
  • Expand eat steamed, steamed and boiled rather than fried food.
  • Quit smoking.
  • Keep western ideal body to stay in accordance with age.
  • Regular exercise.
